Addicted to Pickles!
I don’t usually purchase Heinz products but I wanted pickles and this was the only name brand offered online by Walmart, so I bought them. Was I surprised when I tasted them! They were delicious! Usually, pickles need a bit of “doctoring” to taste good. But not these. I fully admit I can be found eating them right out of the jar, and I save the brine and use it in cooking (and maybe sneak a sip or two…shhh!).
Good Pickles and Relatively Lower Sodium
I’ve been a dill pickle fanatic all my life, but since I’m genetically predisposed to have high blood pressure, I’ve had to cut back due to sodium content. These Heinz pickle chips are not only good pickles, but also one serving has only 3% of recommended daily sodium intake. In fact, at 10 servings per jar, you could eat the whole jar and still be at 30%! Not sure how they pulled that off, but I am a very happy camper with these, and you can’t beat Walmart’s price by a long shot. The juice is awesome in potato salad too.
